Melissa Wylie
Melissa is known for her work in scripted television development and production. Her credits include The Wonder Years, The Long Road Home, based on Martha Raddatz’s New York Times best-seller, American Horror Story, Portlandia, Tracey Ullman’s State of the Union, and You’re the Worst. Melissa has received three Emmy® nominations for producing Comedy Central’s Drunk History. Over the past decade, Wylie has worked in scripted comedy and drama for NBC, ABC, FOX, Twentieth Century, Warner Brothers, Warner Horizon, Universal, HBO, Showtime, Comedy Central, IFC, Nickelodeon, CMT, and VH-1. Wylie recently produced the drama pilot Judgement for ABC and made her directorial debut on a comedy variety pilot.
She is thrilled to be one of the founders of Shoofly Entertainment Group.

Eric Fierstein
Eric Fierstein has been working in the film and television industry for over 25 years. Growing through all facets of production, he has had the opportunity to work with such esteem filmmakers as Michael Mann, Tony Scott and David Lynch. Eric has managed network television productions including Michael Mann’s “Robbery Homicide Division”, Wolfgang Peterson’s “The Agency”, “Numb3rs” for Tony & Ridley Scott, “It’s Sunny in Philadelphia” and “Sons of Anarchy” for FX, “Entourage”, “Curb Your Enthusiasm” and “Ballers” for HBO. During his work on Ballers, HBO asked Eric to be the spokesperson for the reinstatement of the California Film Incentive Program. With his expertise in Film Finance this allowed for creative discussions specifically designed to keep the focus on the importance of the continued need of the program and it’s role in jobs creation throughout the state. To date, Eric has been a part of over 70 released feature film and television productions. His latest venture is forming Shoofly Entertainment Group.
Cole Rucker
Cole Rucker brings a wealth of experience to the film and television industry, distinguished by his roles as a story analyst and script consultant for major networks and studios. A proud alumnus of the American Film Institute, Cole has played a pivotal role in financing high-profile projects, including Midway, The Matrix 4, and Terminator: Dark Fate. His influence extends beyond development, evidenced by his executive production of the Emmy-nominated and Library of Congress award-winning documentary Cured. Cole has also made significant contributions as an executive producer for the feature film Tethered and the MTV pilot Teen Rehab.
In 2024, Cole wrote and executive produced the television pilot Big Top, and is currently serving as Executive Producer for a documentary in Kentucky. His commitment to the industry is further demonstrated through his active involvement as a board member for the 36th Street Film Fund.
Jennifer Ann Massey
Jennifer Ann Massey is a versatile producer, patent inventor, and reformed actor. A proud graduate of the University of Southern California, she has worked in the film and television industry for decades. A native Texan, she continues to make significant contributions to the entertainment industry from a new entertainment hub, Tennessee. This includes producing the pilot for the reality show Pink Ladies, MTV's Teen Rehab, and serving as a producer for the feature A Day Like a Week. She specializes in film distribution and film finance.
George Garritano
GEORGE GARRITANO began his career working in production on movies such as Pirates of the Caribbean and National Treasure. His television credits include Grotesquerie, How I Met Your Father, Orville, Reboot, Maggie, Interior Chinatown, Drunk History and Notorious. He has produced on-site live events for Toyota, Volkswagon, Kia and Facebook across the country. While in television he produced the Showtime short DYSMORHIA, and the digital pilot/web-series ADULT PUBERTY. Currently, Garritano has a feature in development at Paramount based on the life of Famous Amos.

Jason Fragoso has been the trusted right hand for Cole Rucker and Melissa Wylie since 2015, supervising multiple aspects of production, including payroll and union compliance. Throughout his career, Jason has worked with major studios such as Disney, Warner Bros., and FOX, ensuring smooth operations across various high-profile projects. In addition to his production expertise, he is also a talented musician, having written music for film and television, blending his technical skills with his creative talents to contribute to both the business and artistic sides of the industry.
