Terence Gross - writer/ Producer
Terence Gross is a multi award winning writer and director with credits that span movies in the US and UK, documentaries, live performance, many commercial campaigns and a series of highly cinematic and unusual shorts. Credits include Hotel Splendide, The Day the World Ended and The Sin Eater. He has written and directed .films for Sony, HBO, A & E, , Film 4, BBC, and Discovery and for many independent producers and· production entities. As a director, he has worked with some of the best known movie stars of our generation, including Daniel Craig, Toni Collette, Toby Jones, Rhys If ans, Don Cheadle and Nastassja Kinski. He also specializes in aerial cinematography. He has shot .films and commercials in the UK, USA, France, Switzerland, Italy, Spain, Kenya, the Emirates and Turkey, to name a few countries. In his spare time he rides heavy motorcycles, badly modified for off-roading in perilously inappropriate places and runs La Chimera, a fortress in Tuscany, scene of some legendary events and parties and the subject of his most recent movie - A Fistful of Karma.

He is cherished as an artist and mentor in the industry and his ability to bring ideas to life make him an essential part of every successJul team he has participated in.
Henning Koch - co-writer
Henning Koch has written a , number of feature-length screenplays, including 'Nicholson Unborn (optioned in 2009), 'The Maggot People ( optioned in 2016), 'Mister Wednesday, ( 2019) and 'B loodLand,
(2022), the latter two in ,development , with John Smallcombe Films. He
is the author of 'Love Doesn t Work (short stories, 2011) and 'The Maggot People, (novel, 2014), both published by Dzanc Books, USA.
A recipient of numerous Swedish Arts Council awards, Koch has twice adapted Swedish plays for successful runs at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival and is also a prolific literary translator from Swedish to English, whose work has been extensively reviewed in publications including The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times and The Guardian.

In an executive career spanning over 20 years in the entertainment business, Monica's expertise includes theatrical and television acquisitions, strategy, business affairs, talent negotiations, development, and production. Often working in a multicultural environment, Monica previously worked for HBO, Cinemax, Turner Latin America, and Warner Bros Discovery, where she EP' ed over 100 series episodes and the feature .film Maybe a Love Story. As an independent producer, she is working on the other side of the table, developing, and producing feature .films in the English language and in a variety of genres and subjects. Two Deaths Of Henry Baker, which was showcased at the 2020 Austin Film Festival, and Detained, with Abbie Cornish. As a writer, Monica has sold her first screenplay in 2021.
